The Infinix Note 30 5G is scheduled to be released in India in June, and there are indications that the smartphone will come with an AI-powered voice assistant. As per a tipster, the Infinix Note 30 will include a ChatGPT-based assistant to deliver responses to user queries. OpenAI's generative AI chatbot has already been integrated into various apps and services and may soon make its way to Infinix's upcoming smartphone. The company has also confirmed the presence of a 108-megapixel rear camera in the device.
Furthermore, Ice Universe shared a leaked video showcasing the voice assistant's functionality. In the video, users can select topics related to technology, fashion, and food by tapping on color-coded options. By pressing and holding the green microphone button, users can send voice requests to the Folax assistant. The demonstration exhibits the voice assistant's ability to suggest gift ideas for a user's Disney-loving daughter, including options like classic Disney movies, Disney-themed toys, or even Disney theme park tickets.
The tipster also mentioned in a separate post that the voice assistant on the Infinix Note 30 5G will provide a seamless and natural conversation experience, simulating a genuine interaction with a real person. According to the tipster, Folax will offer a smooth continuous conversation flow akin to ChatGPT, enabling users to engage with the assistant not only through voice requests but also via the smartphone's keyboard for query support.
While the company has not made an official announcement regarding the integration of ChatGPT with the Folax assistant on the Infinix Note 30 5G, certain specifications of the device have been confirmed by the smartphone manufacturer. These include a 108-megapixel primary camera and JBL stereo speakers. It is anticipated that the Infinix Note 30 5G will be powered by a Dimensity 6080 SoC and feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging.
